On 7 October 2019, notice was published in the 2nd series of the Diário da República (Official Journal), announcing the launch of a public tender for renewal of the maintenance of ORACLE licensing. The tender was launched with approval by ANACOM decision of 3 October 2019.
Proposals from interested parties must be submitted no later than 5:00 pm on 6 November 2019, using the VORTAL https://pt.vortal.biz/ electronic platform.
