Requests received from NOS for allocation of frequencies in the 900 MHz and 2100 MHz bands

On 22 October 2019, ANACOM approved a draft decision (DD) on requests received from NOS Comunicações (NOS) for the allocation of frequencies in the 900 MHz and 2100 MHz band.

It was decided to submit this DD to a prior hearing of NOS, pursuant to Articles 121 and 122 of the Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code), as well as to a general consultation procedure, pursuant to Article 8 of the Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=383150), setting a period of 20 working days for the interested parties to comment in writing, in Portuguese.
