Sandro Mendonça, member of the Management Board of ANACOM, was one of the speakers at the opening session of the International Regulators Forum 2019, on “Regulatory snapshot - looking back, looking forward”. This forum, which took place in London on 7 October 2019 on the theme “Redesigning regulation for a global communications ecosystem”, was part of the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the International Institute of Communications (IICOM).
