Following a request from MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia (MEO), on 22 October 2019, ANACOM decided to revoke the right of use of frequencies to operate the fixed wireless access (FWA) system, as embodied under title ICP-ANACOM no. 07/2006, with effect from 30 June 2019.
It was decided to exempt MEO from a prior hearing, pursuant to Article 124 (1) (f) of the Código de Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code).
