ANACOM announced that it had received from the Entidade Reguladora para a Comunicação Social - ERC (Media Regulator) the request to make a decision about the intent expressed by the Maiorca FM - Produções Radiofónicas to transmit to Record FM - Sociedade de Meios Audiovisuais de Sintra the right to use frequencies which was awarded to it for the exercising of the radio broadcasting activity.
