Dispute between Fibroglobal, Infraestruturas de Portugal and IP Telecom on the application of the pricing of access to technical road channel infrastructures and services

On 1 August 2019, ANACOM approved the draft decision on the dispute between Fibroglobal - Comunicações Electrónicas, Infraestruturas de Portugal and IP Telecom on the application of the pricing of access to technical road channel infrastructures and services

The draft decision was submitted to the prior hearing of the stakeholders, under the terms of the Administrative Procedure Code, with 15 business days having been established for comments, in writing. The draft decision was notified to the Mobility and Transport Authority, pursuant to and in compliance with the provisions in number 8 of article 19 of Decree-Law no. 123/2009, of 21 May, with the Institute for Mobility and Transport having been informed, in view of its powers vested by the National Roads Statutes.
