As part of the information campaign on digital terrestrial television (DTT) network frequency changes, this letter is addressed to all inhabitants of the municipalities of Odivelas, Santa Clara, Carnide, Lumiar (in Lisbon), as well as Encosta do Sol (Amadora), covered by the DTT broadcaster of Odivelas Centro, whose transition pilot test takes place on 27 November 2019.
