3 December 2019 is the deadline for the submission of articles under the call for papers for the Best Student Paper Award and for the "ANACOM-URSI Portugal Prize" launched by the Portuguese Committee of the International Union of Radio Sciencehttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=253943 (URSI).
These initiatives take place in the context of the preparation of its 13th congress, that will be held on 17 December 2019, at Ramada Lisbon Hotel, this year dedicated to the theme of "Space: Challenges and Opportunities".
Aimed at encouraging young authors, ANACOM sponsors the Best Student Paper Award, of the value of 1000 euros, which will be given to the best article submitted by a student who is also the first author and presents it orally at the congress, in the format of a 3 to 5-minute pitch.
The process of application to the "ANACOM-URSI Portugal Prize", of the value of 4000 euros, which will distinguish the best research work in the area of radioeletricity, submitted to the Portuguese Committee of the URSI, in electronic format, covering up to 20 pages, using the IEEE template, in two columns, containing an important contribution to science.
