By decision of 28 November 2019, ANACOM did not oppose the transfer to Record FM, of the right of use for frequencies in the 87.5-108 MHz band allocated to Maiorca FM - Produções Radiofónicas for the provision of a radio programme service, of a local scope, in the municipality of Figueira da Foz, pursuant to Article 34 (6) of the Electronic Communications Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=333114.
On the same occasion, ANACOM decided not to oppose the transfer of the radio station license for the radio broadcasting service No. 151323 and of the radio network license of the fixed service (studio-to-transmitter links) No. 505355.
