Statement of Rectification

Under Article 12 (2, 3 and 4) of the Regulation of Publication of Acts in the Diário da República (Official Journal), approved by Legislative Order no. 15/2016 of 21 December, it is hereby declared that Regulation no. 6/2018, relative to the access to and exercise of space activities, published in the Diário da República, 2nd series, no. 170, of 5 September 2019, was published with the following discrepancies which, through statement of the issuer entity, are thus rectified:
In Article 22 (2), where it states «[...] in article 6 [...]» it should state «[...] in article 5 [...]»;
In Article 22 (2 and 3), where it states «[...] all information and documentation required [...]» it should state «[...] all information and documentation required [...]»;
In Article 23 (2), where it states «[...] in article 4 [...]» it should state «[...] in article 3 [...]»;
In Article 35 (1), where it states «[...] in article 4 [...]» it should state «[...] in article 3 [...]»;
In Article 37 (1), where it states «[...] changes to information or elements submitted [...]» it should state «[...] changes to the submitted information or elements [...]»;
