The 17th meeting of the European Regulators Group for Postal Services (ERGP) was held on 29 November, in the Hague, Netherlands, chaired by João Cadete de Matos, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ANACOM.

The plenary was preceded by an open workshop on the theme, held on 28 November, entitled “Data Driven Regulation of Postal Markets”, during which matters such as the following were addressed: indicators and information required to regulate the postal market and first assessment of the data collected with respect to the regulations on cross-border parcel delivery services.
