By final decision of 21 November 2019, ANACOM approved the review of the reference speeds associated with coverage obligations in the 800 MHz frequency band.
Approval was also given to the report on the public hearing and public consultation, procedures to which the corresponding draft decisionhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1476276 was submitted, approved on 26 June 2019, and under which contributions were received, within the deadline, from the following entities: MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia; NOS Comunicações; Vodafone Portugal - Comunicações Pessoais; Benavente parish concil; Bustelo parish council; Celavisa parish council; Folques parish council; Sado parish council; São Martinho do Peso parish council; Trezói parish council; União de Freguesias de Alverca do Ribatejo e Sobralinho; União de Freguesias de Bagunte, Ferreiro, Outeiro e Parada; União de Freguesias de São João da Pesqueira e Várzea de Trevões; União de Freguesias de Vilar e Mosteiró. Contributions were also received from seven citizens: Alfredo Fernandes; António Andrade; António Dias; Carlos Fernandes; Karen Rasmussen; Luis Martins; and Marcos Martins.
Although received after the deadline, the contribution of the Picote parish council was considered for internal reflection.

ANACOM also discloses, within the context of this decision, the verification report on the obligations associated with the 800 MHz band, which presents the results of the coverage studies for the 480 parishes with none or few mobile broadband (MBB).
