By order of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of ANACOM of 17 December 2019, the request for extension of the deadline for sending contributions and suggestions under the public hearing on the transposition of the European Electronic Communications Code was granted.
ANACOM, considering that it is extremely important to collect the contributions, reflections and concerns of all the stakeholders in the different themes covered by this Code, decided to extend the deadline of the public hearing to 13 January 2020. Contributions in the Portuguese language should be submitted electronically through the page availablehttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1495902 for this purpose ANACOM's website.
The contributions will be appraised in the context of the work in progress for the preparation of the draft bill to be submitted to the Government, and may be published on this Authority's website, safeguarding information of confidential nature, which, for this reason, should be clearly indicated and substantiated by the participants.
