Approval of the final decision on CTT's request to use transponders to measure QSI

By final decision of 22 January 2020, ANACOM partially dismissed the request submitted by CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT) to use RFID (radio frequency identification) transponders in the measurement of quality indicators related to delays in forwarding postal items.
