On 11 March 2020, ANACOM, within the scope of the consultation on the draft Regulation of the Auction for the allocation of frequency user rights in the 700 MHz, 900 MHz, 1800 MHz, 2.1 GHz, 2.6 GHz and 3.6 GHz bands, decided to reject the request submitted by Vodafone Portugal - Comunicações Pessoais and partially grant the request submitted by NOS Comunicações and by MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia, extending for an additional period of 5 working days the deadline for the consultation procedure, which therefore ends on 1 April 2020.
