Dispute between MEO and NOS concerning the price of mobile-to-mobile termination services in 2001

On 21 November 2019, ANACOM approved the draft decision (DD) concerning the request of MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia (MEO) to intervene in the administrative resolution of the dispute in which it is opposed to NOS Comunicações (NOS), regarding the price of mobile-to-mobile call termination services reciprocally provided in 2001, between TMN - Telecomunicações Móveis Nacionais (TMN) and OPTIMUS Telecomunicações.

It was also decided to submit this DD to the prior hearing of MEO and NOS, under the terms of the Code of Administrative Procedure, and a period of 10 working days was set for comments to be made, in writing.
