Extension of deadline for consultation on the draft regulation on methodology to be used to set remuneration for access to and use of infrastructure

By decision of 17 February 2020, ANACOM approved the request to extend the deadline for replying to the public consultation on the draft regulation on the methodology to be used to determine the remuneration payable by electronic communications companies as consideration for access to and use of suitable infrastructure, submitted jointly by NOWO Communications (NOWO) and ONITELECOM - Infocomunicações (ONI) as well as by NOS SGPS, for an additional period of 10 business days in relation to the deadline set initially.

This decision will be subject to ratification at the next ordinary meeting of the Board of Directors.
