By decision of 17 February 2020, ANACOM approved the extension, for an additional period of 10 business days, of the deadline for public consultation on the draft regulation on the methodology to be used to determine the remuneration payable by electronic communications companies as consideration for access to and use of suitable infrastructures, as provided for in the decisionhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1498670 of this Authority of 12 December 2019 .
ANACOM considers that granting an additional 10 business days, requested jointly by NOWO Communications (NOWO) and ONITELECOM - Infocomunicações (ONI) and also by NOS SGPS, which may contribute towards a better analysis of the draft regulation by the interested parties, will not in itself imply a significant delay for the conclusion of this procedure.
In this way, the deadline for receiving opinions ends on 11 March 2020 and they should be sent, in writing and in Portuguese, to the e-mail address reg.metodologia@anacom.ptmailto:reg.metodologia@anacom.pt 1.
Once the consultation process has been completed, the opinions received will be made public, for which reason the interested parties should also submit a version of their opinion with any confidential material removed for publication on this site.
