Suspension of the consultation periods for the draft Regulation of the auction for allocation of RUF in the 700 MHz band and other relevant bands, and for the draft decision on the change of RUF held by Dense Air Portugal

By decision of 19 March 2020, ANACOM approved, for reasons of force majeure, to suspend the periods i) for the regulatory consultation procedure applied to the draft Regulation of the Auction for allocation of frequency user rights in the 700 MHz, 900 MHz, 1800 MHz, 2.1 GHz, 2.6 GHz and 3.6 GHz bands; and ii) for the prior hearing and public consultation applied to the draft decision on the change of the frequency user rights held by Dense Air Portugal.

This decision follows the requests of Dense Air Portugal, MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia, NOS Comunicações and Vodafone Portugal - Comunicações Pessoais.
