Decision on CTT's request for deduction of mail shipment records affected by A1 motorway traffic disruption, on 30.10.2019, for calculation of QSI

By decision of 19 March 2020, ANACOM accepted the request submitted by CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT) for deduction of the records of shipments directly affected by the A1 motorway traffic disruption, on 30 October 2019, for calculation of the values of the quality of service indicators in October 2019.
