2020 price proposal for the universal postal service

By decision of 23 April 2020, ANACOM considered that the price proposal for services that form an integral part of the universal service, as presented by CTT – Correios de Portugal (CTT) by a representation dated 18 February 2020 and amended by means of a representation dated 27 March 2020, does not fully comply with the pricing criteria for the postal services that comprise the universal service, applicable to the year 2020.

Thus, in accordance with Article 8(6) of the pricing criteria for the universal postal service for the period 2018-2020, as established by ANACOM determination dated 12 July 2018https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1457197, complemented by decision dated 5 November 2018https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1463566, this Authority also ordered CTT to review the price proposal within 15 working days.
