Following withdrawal of the state of emergency that was declared as a measure to combat the COVID-19 pandemic, ANACOM decided to start the process of recovery and gradual return to normality, while respecting the current and future guidelines of the health authorities.
In this context, on 11 May 2020, the face-to-face public attendance service shall be resumed at all its facilities in Lisbon (headquarters), Porto, Azores and Madeira, during usual business hours but subject to prior scheduling of an appointment. This measure also includes face-to-face attendance at the library/documentation centre in Lisbon (headquarters).
On the same date, the testing and calibration laboratory (LEC), at the Barcarena facilities, shall also resume its activity (with attendance also subject to prior scheduling of an appointment).
