For the calculation of eligible turnover, as defined in Compensation fund of the electronic communications universal servicehttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=347288, companies that provide public communications networks and/or publicly available electronic communications services, on national territory, must send ANACOM, by 30 June every year, a statement on the previous calendar year, signed by a person legally empowered to bind them, and acknowledged in this capacity, with the value of the turnover and all other information required to enable calculating the aforesaid eligible turnover.
Thus, and in order to facilitate the reporting of the information for purposes of the compensation fund of the electronic communications universal service, ANACOM provides an electronic version of the statement template, which is suggested to be used to send the statement indicated above, and should be duly completed and sent to ANACOM by 30 June 2020, signed by a person legally empowered to bind them, and acknowledged in this capacity.
