On 18 June 2020, ANACOM approved the new time frame for completion of the process of migration of the digital terrestrial television (DTT) broadcasting network (DTT - MUX A) concerning the release of the 700 MHz band, following the proposal submitted by MEO – Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia, which received the agreement of the Undersecretary of State and of Communications.
