Report on net neutrality - application of Articles 3 and 4 of Regulation (EU) 2015/2120 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25.11.2015 (May 2019 to April 2020) and respective notification to the European Commission and BEREC

By decision of 26 June 2020, ANACOM approved the report on net neutrality, as regards application of articles 3 and 4 of Regulation (EU) 2015/2120https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1373317 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015. This report sets out the monitoring and oversight actions undertaken by ANACOM in the period between 1 May 2019 and 30 April 2020.

At the same time, the sending of this report to the European Commission and to the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) was also approved.
