Extension of the consultation period on the provision of the universal postal service after the termination of the current concession

By decision of 23 July 2020, ANACOM partially accepted the request for extension of the deadline for response to the public consultation on the provision of the universal postal service after the end of the current concession, submitted by CTT – Correios de Portugal, for a further period of 15 (fifteen) business days in relation to the deadline established initially.

ANACOM also decided to extend the deadlines for hearing the organisations representing consumers to which the draft decisions were submitted concerning the establishment of the of the universal postal service and the service quality parameters and performance targets associated to the provision of the universal postal service, by the same period of 15 (fifteen) business days.
