Calculation of the regulatory costs for the purpose of 2020 fees - postal services

By decision of 16 July 2020, ANACOM, under the terms of Point 3 of Annex IX to Order No. 1473-B/2008, of 17 Decemberhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=975627, with the wording given by Order No. 296-A/2013, of 2 Octoberhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1180549, and according to Article 44 of the Postal Acthttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1127982, it has been determined:

• To approve the calculation of the costs of regulating the activity of provider of postal services for the purpose of fees payable in 2020, totalling EUR 2,531,166;
• To approve the holding of an audit of the providers of postal services which in 2019 presented more significant relevant income (ten points higher) and the operators which recorded higher reductions (compared to the 2018 calendar year).
