By decision of 16 July 2020, ANACOM has approved:
- the calculation of the costs of regulating the activity of provider of electronic communications networks and services for the purpose of fees payable in 2020, totalling EUR 33,819,903;
- the holding of an audit of the relevant income and the turnover of the providers of electronic communications networks and services accessible to the public, including those which, at least in 2019, presented more significant relevant income and turnover;
- the calculation of the costs of regulating the activity of provider of postal services for the purpose of fees payable in 2020, totalling EUR 2,531,166;
- the holding of an audit of the providers of postal services which in 2019 presented more significant relevant income (ten points higher) and the operators which recorded higher reductions (compared to the 2018 calendar year).
