Calculation of the regulatory costs for the purpose of 2020 fees - electronic communications

By decision of 16 July 2020, ANACOM, under the terms of Points 1 and 2 of Annex II to Order No. 1473-B/2008, of 17 Decemberhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=975627, with the wording given by Order No. 296-A/2013, of 2 Octoberhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1180549, and for the purposes of Article 105(1)(b) of the Electronic Communications Acthttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=975162, it has been determined:

• To approve the calculation of the costs of regulating the activity of provider of electronic communications networks and services for the purpose of fees payable in 2020, totalling EUR 33,819,903;
• To approve the holding of an audit of the relevant revenue and turnover of the providers of electronic communications networks and services accessible to the public, including those which, at least in 2019, presented more significant relevant revenue and turnover.
