Level of compliance with universal postal service quality indicators by CTT in 2019

On 27 August 2020, ANACOM approved the draft decision on the level of compliance with the universal postal indicators on quality of service (IQS) by CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT) in 2019.

It was also decided to submit this draft decision to prior hearing by CTT, for a period of ten business days, so that they may, if they so desire, give their opinion in writing.
