By decision of 2 October 2020, ANACOM approved the draft decision determining a 10% reduction of the (maximum) prices of the circuits between mainland Portugal and the Autonomous Regions of Azores and Madeira (CAM circuits) provided by MEO – Serviços de Comunicação e Multimédia and the maintenance of the (maximum) prices of the circuits connecting the different islands of the Azores (inter-island circuits), under the reference Ethernet leased lines offer (RELLO).
Concerning the prices of the traditional circuits, under the leased lines reference offer (LLRO), ANACOM decided to maintain the prices currently in force.
The new prices shall enter into force on the date of approval of this draft decision, which shall be submitted to prior and general consultation procedure during 20 business days.
The receiving of comments, under the public consultation, ends on 4 November 2020, where these comments should preferably be sent by email to the address spd-cam@anacom.ptmailto:spd-cam@anacom.pt1, in writing and in the Portuguese language.
Once the consultation process is completed, the contributions that were received will be disclosed to the public; therefore, stakeholders should also send an expurgated version, eliminating elements considered confidential for purposes of publication on this website.
