Videoconference meetings of the ERGP working group on Consumers and Core Indicators were held last 17 and 24 September and 1 October.
The aim of the meetings was to complete the following reports: (i) “Report on quality of service, consumer protection and complaints handling” and “Report on postal core indicators”, after receiving comments on their first preliminary versions; and (ii) “Report on key consumer issues”, after receiving comments in the respective public consultation. The aim is to publish these reports by the end of 2020.
