On 22 October 2020, ANACOM approved the proposed pricing for correspondence under the universal postal service (UPS) submitted by CTT – Correios de Portugal by communication dated 15 September, which, combined with the pricing change already implemented in June 2020 for other UPS services, meets the pricing criteria for postal services comprising the UPS applicable in 2020.
The new prices enter into effect on 1 November 2020. ANACOM has stipulated that CTT must notify ANACOM on its disclosure of the new prices to users, indicating the specific CTT website where the prices and associated UPS conditions are published.
