Density targets of the postal network and minimum service offers, disclosed by CTT

By decision of 19 November 2020, ANACOM approved the draft decision on the density targets of the postal network and minimum service offers submitted by CTT – Correios de Portugal (CTT) for enforcement up to 31 December 2020, inclusively, which correspond to those stipulated in ANACOM decision of 15 September 2017https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1418158, complemented by the decision of 21 August 2019https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1483036.

It was also decided that this draft decision should be submitted to consultation of the users, under the terms stipulated in number 7 of clause 9 of the Concession Contract, with the period of ten business days being established for the users, should they so wish, to comment in writing in the Portuguese language.
