Compensation fund of the universal electronic communications service - identification of the entities obliged to contribute to the universal and setting of the value of the contributions for the 2019 CLSU

By decision of 17 December 2020, ANACOM approved the draft decision on the identification of the entities required to contribute to the compensation fund of the universal electronic communications service and the setting of the value of the contributions related to the net costs of the universal service (CLSU) to be compensated pertaining to 2019.

It was decided that this draft decision should be submitted to the prior hearing of the interested parties, under the terms of the Code of Administrative Procedure (CPA), granting them a period of ten business days in which to comment in writing in the Portuguese language.
