A videoconference meeting of the End Users expert working group (End Users EWG) was held last 25 November. It served to review the current situation of the group’s work, as envisaged in the 2020/2021 activities programme. In this regard, several preliminary conclusions deriving from the BEREC study on consumer behaviour and attitudes towards digital platforms, an ongoing project, were shared.
