The BEREC expert working group on Fixed Network Evolution (FNE EWG) held a videoconference meeting on 13 November 2020. It focused on the project for revision of the directive on reducing broadband costs; the attending members from national regulatory authorities debated the questionnaire that the European Commission (EC) submitted to BEREC on this matter, as well as the BEREC contribution to forward to the Special Connectivity Group created by the EC following publication of the recommendation of 18 September 2020 on the Connectivity Toolbox and 5G.
