The ERGP Contact Network held a videoconference meeting on 15 October 2020 which focused on preparing for the next plenary meeting of the ERGP.
The reports for approval in the plenary session were presented and discussed, specifically on the following subjects: definitions of postal services, impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the postal sector, key aspects regarding consumers, quality of service indicators and complaints, key postal market indicators, interconnectivity models, regulatory tools and assessment of cross-border parcel delivery regulation.
Also discussed was the 2021 working programme and the proposed ERGP response to the European Commission’s public consultation on evaluation of the Postal Directive, meanwhile approved by electronic procedure.
