ANACOM opinion on the prior notification of the Pluris Investments/Media Capital concentration operation

By decision of 14 January 2021, ANACOM approved the opinion on the prior notification of the concentration operation, which consists of the acquisition, by Pluris Investments, of exclusive control of the company Grupo Media Capital, SGPS, following the request made to ANACOM by the Competition Authority, under the terms of Article 55(1) of Law 19/2012 of 8 May https://dre.pt/web/guest/legislacao-consolidada/-/lc/115346788/201910031755/indice (Competition Law, as currently worded).
