Lifting of the suspension of the decision of restoration of the indirect access provider code ''1030'' assigned to AR Telecom

By final decision of 30 December 2020, pursuant to the provisions in the ANACOM Statuteshttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=333094 and pursuant to Article 37(1)(b) and f) and Article 105(1)(e), all of the Electronic Communications Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=333114, ANACOM approved the lifting of the suspension of the decision of 12 March 2020https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1601844 which determined the restoration of the right to use the “1030” numbering resource to AR Telecom – Acessos e Redes de Telecomunicações. This decision takes effect on 28 September 2020.
