On 17 December 2020, ANACOM approved the final decision on the density targets of the postal network and minimum service offers to be enforced up 2020.2020, as proposed by CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT).
ANACOM believes that the density targets of the postal network and minimum service offers disclosed by CTT for enforcement up to 31 December 2020, inclusively, correspond to those established in ANACOM decision of 15 September 2017https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1418158, supplemented by the decision of 21 August 2019https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1483036, and are suitable to the needs of the users.
On same this date, approval was also given to the report on the consultation of the users to applied to this draft decisionhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1587881, approved on 19 November 2020.
