Approval of the density targets of the postal network and minimum service offers disclosed by CTT to be enforced up 31 December 2020

By decision of 17 December 2020, ANACOM approved the final decision on the density targets of the postal network and minimum service offers disclosed by CTT – Correios de Portugal (CTT) for enforcement up to 31 December 2020, inclusively, which correspond to those established in ANACOM decision of 15 September 2017https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1418158, supplemented by the decision of 21 August 2019https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1483036.

ANACOM also approved the report on the consultation of the users applied to the draft decisionhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1587881, approved on 19 November 2020, during which contributions were received, prior to the deadline, from the Associação Portuguesa para a Defesa do Consumidor (DECO) [Portuguese Association for Consumer Protection] and the Associação Nacional de Freguesias (ANAFRE) [National Association of Parishes].
