ANACOM opinion on the prior notification of the Gigas/Winreason concentration operation

By decision of 14 January 2021, ANACOM approved the opinion on the prior notification of the concentration operation, which consists of the acquisition, by Gigas Hosting, of exclusive control of Winreason, following the request made to ANACOM by the Competition Authority, under the terms of Article 55(1) of  Law 19/2012 of 8 May https://dre.pt/web/guest/legislacao-consolidada/-/lc/115346788/201910031755/indice (Competition Law, as currently worded).
