This study consisted of a pilot project aimed at investigating and evaluating the implementation of the Licensed Shared Access (LSA) model in the 2.3–2.4 GHz frequency band, from a practical point of view and in light of the Portuguese situation, through a technological demonstrator, which was created as proof of concept for this purpose.
