By determination of 5 February 2004, the draft decision on the evolution of the "PT ADSL Network" wholesale offer was approved.
Pursuant to articles 100 and 101 of the Code of Administrative Procedure, this determination was notified to interested parties, who are entitled to assess, within 10 working days at the most, points I (submission for discussion on the part of PTC of an initial technical proposal based on pre-determined aspects to providers that are using the "PT ADSL Network" offer) and II (alteration of the "PT ADSL Network" offer, including all aspects identified and having regard to contributions submitted by interested parties) thereof.
