By decision of 28 May 2021, ANACOM has approved a set of recommendations addressed to companies providing electronic communications services and companies providing postal services. These recommendations result from ANACOM’s analysis of the difficulties experienced by users and reported through complaints that came to ANACOM's attention during the COVID-19 pandemic.
