ANACOM issues an opinion on the technical conditions for the application of Dreamia - Serviços de Televisão for the exercise of the television activity

By determination dated 27 May 2021, ANACOM issued a positive opinion on the technical conditions for the application of Dreamia - Serviços de Televisão for the exercise of the television activity via a children/youth thematic programme service, consisting of an unrestricted  access pay-TV service, of national coverage, called Panda Kids, following a request submitted by the Regulatory Authority for the Media, as laid down in paragraph 1 of article 17 of Law No 27/2007, of 30 Julyhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=979660 (Television Law, as it stands).
