ANACOM approved, on 15 July 2021, a draft decision launching a public consultation on this Authority’s main strategic guidelines for the 2022-2024 period.
ANACOM intends to sound out stakeholders and learn about the priorities and needs identified by all agents in the sector, namely consumers and other users, operators and other interested parties, which will be studied and taken into account, insofar as they make it possible to make the Regulatory Authority’s action more effective within the framework of powers assigned to it by law.
Accordingly, in addition to other comments that they may deem relevant, stakeholders are invited to address the following questions:
1. Among the strategic actions that ANACOM plans to develop, which do you consider to be the highest priority?
2. What other actions do you consider it important for ANACOM to develop in the 2022-2024 three-year period, taking into account the strategic objectives?
Comments may be received until 13 August 2021 and should be sent, in writing and in Portuguese, preferably by email to plano2022-2024@anacom.ptmailto:plano2022-2024@anacom.pt1.
Once the consultation process has been completed, contributions received will be made public, whereby interested parties are requested to send a version with all confidential information removed for the purpose of publication on this website.
