Value of the social tariff for provision of broadband Internet access services

By decision of 12 August 2021, ANACOM approved the proposal, to be presented to the Government, on the final price to be paid by beneficiaries of the social tariff for provision of fixed or mobile broadband Internet access services, under the terms of and for the purposes of paragraph 3 of article 5 of Decree-Law no. 66/2021 of 30 July.

It was decided to submit this proposal to the consultation procedure provided for in article 8 of Law no. 5/2004 of 10 Februaryhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=975162 (current wording), as applicable under the terms of article 11 of ANACOM's Statutes (approved in annex to Decree-Law no. 309/2001 of 7 Decemberhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=974442). Under this procedure, interested parties are given a period of 20 working days in which to comment (comments in writing and in Portuguese).
