Entering into force on 27 September 2021, Regulation no. 867-A/2021https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1703983 was published today (20 September), amending Regulation no. 987-A/2020https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1573881 of 5 November (as previously amended by Regulation no. 596-A/2021https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1669881 of 30 June).
This Regulation amends paragraph 1 of article 30 of Regulation no. 987-A/2020 of 5 November, establishing that “In the following rounds, the bidder may bid for lots that have been the subject of bids, and shall indicate for each lot the increase in the lot price: 5%, 10%, 15% and 20%."
